Profinet BIS U for processing with 4 antennas: can they read and write at the same time?
Balluff UHF BIS U processor can connect 4 antennas.
Antenna 1 and antenna 3 share a buffer, and antenna 2 and antenna 4 share a buffer. For example, in the PLC configuration, 32 input bytes and 32 output bytes are configured, and 16 bytes are configured for buffer 1.
Then, antennas 1 and 3 use the first 16 bytes, antennas 2 and 4 use the remaining 16 bytes, so antennas 1 and 3 cannot read and write at the same time, and antennas 2 and 4 cannot read and write at the same time.
