旋盤のような装置で最高の結果を得るために、ワークや工具の最適なクランプ圧が要求されます。ここで、圧力センサはクランプ圧の監視だけでなく、クーラントや潤滑油、油圧 / 空圧部品の開始に最適です。IO-Link対応の圧力センサはコントローラからパラメータ設定できるため、圧力が発生する場所へ直接設置することができます。測定に最適な位置へ設置でき、装置設計の思想へ完ぺきに適合することができます。設置の労力を節約でき、最高の装置稼働率を確保できます。センサの交換はプラグ・アンド・プレイで、設定はIO-Linkにより自動で行われます。
