# 外置式磁致伸缩线性位置测量系统？

## 线性位置传感器

巴鲁夫外置式磁致伸缩线性位置传感器BTL为非接触式绝对测量系统，用于精确探测一个或多个位置。因为它们由一个密封的IP67铝外壳构成，所以在压力机、注塑机或机器人等恶劣环境中表现突出。编码式位置测量系统的磁铁透过铝型材壁作用到测量元件上。这些线性位置测量系统安装灵活。所需的编码式位置测量系统可选择引导式或自由式。自由式编码式位置测量系统可直接固定在待测量的运动机器部件上，与机器部件一起保持一定距离在型材上方或沿着型材运动。优点：对导向精度要求不高。因为测量系统可在水平及垂直面上容忍高达数毫米的偏移。![图片一](https://kb.innovatingautomation.asia/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base/Simplified%20Chinese/Image/BTL/%E5%9B%BE%E7%89%87%E4%B8%80.png?width=259&name=%E5%9B%BE%E7%89%87%E4%B8%80.png)特点

通过各式各样的接口 (例如IO-Link、Profinet、EtherCAT、SSI和模拟可编程输出信号) 实现简便的设备集成 – 可逆转、配置和记录测量范围  
提供三种外壳类型，可根据空间需求和应用灵活而快速地安装自由式或引导式编码块
