# 如何快速排出IO-LINK主站模块问题？

## 主站故障说明

在使用中如果遇到故障问题，我们先可以观察巴鲁夫主站模块上大的LED显示Module status，其表示中很多意思。![IO-LINK主站](https://kb.innovatingautomation.asia/hs-fs/hubfs/IO-LINK%E4%B8%BB%E7%AB%99.png?width=688&name=IO-LINK%E4%B8%BB%E7%AB%99.png)

US：绿色表示输入电压正常，红色闪烁则是输入电压<18v；

UA：绿色表示输出电压正常，红色闪烁表示输出电压<118,红色则表示输出电压<11V；

SF：不亮表示无错误，红色表示看门狗超时；通道，一般或高级诊断存在;系统错误，红色闪烁则表示服务DCP信号通过总线启动；

BF：不亮表示无错误，红色表示物理链路速度慢;或者没有物理联系，红色闪烁则是没有数据交换或没有配置；

100：不亮表示通讯速率：10Mbit/s，黄色则是通讯速率：100Mbit/s；

LK:绿色表示数据交换。

其次是Port状态显示：Standard port： 不亮表示输入或输出引脚状态为0，黄色则是输入或输出引脚状态为1，两个闪烁红色的led表示引脚1和引脚3之间的传感器电源短路，红色引脚2 / 4对引脚3输出短路或者诊断输入端无高信号。![2-1](https://kb.innovatingautomation.asia/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base/Simplified%20Chinese/Image/IO-Link/2-1.png?width=600&name=2-1.png)
