应用案例：参数设定 机床需要牢固的抓紧工件也需要可靠的刀具，我们的产品使用在机械上便能达到最佳效果。图示中是在夹紧压力监控中使用了压力传感器，但这类传感器也适合监控生产过程中的液体部件，如：冷却剂，润滑剂，液压油及气体。IO-Link的压力传感器通过控制器进行参数设定，因此这类传感器能直接安装在机械运作的地方，处于检测的最佳位置，完全匹配机械设计。这省去了复杂的安装，最大化的确保机械的不间断运行。IO-Link能自动配置参数，因此通过即插即用的方式能够方便更换传感器。
