# 短路保护/过载保护 ？

## 短路保护

具有短路保护/过载保护 的开关通常和继电器或接触器一起作为负载。开关接通时，与选配直流电源的开关相比，开关的交流开关装置 (保护接触器/继电器) 在后期的静态工作 中，负载大大增加 (额定电流的 6...10 倍) ，其原因在于这些 装置的铁芯仍处于敞开状态。

因此，这些开关短路时的释放值必须大幅度提高。 如果，例如，因机械或电气原因导致接触器不能够再完全关 闭， 则将导致开关过载。这时便应该使用过载保护。

过载保护被设计成慢执行 (存在时延) ，其触发阈值只能够比最大允许 值 Ie 略高。基于过载的程度，仅在超过 20 ms 之后便会发生反 应 (或者说，截流) ，在这种情况下，应确保可以对完好的继 电器和接触器进行开关，而有缺陷的开关装置则不能导致巴鲁夫开关损坏。
