# 巴鲁夫有避免因焊接而飞溅出的高温焊渣粘附在传感器感应面表面和外壳上， 会导致传感器过早报废的接近开关吗？

## 防焊接飞溅接近开关

电感式接近开关， 需要在恶劣的焊接环境中实现多种夹紧和嵌套等动作的感应识别， 以及防错功能。飞溅的高温焊渣、 较高的环境温度， 以及焊枪周围的强电磁场， 都有可能造成电感式接近开关误感应。

使用巴鲁夫的耐焊渣飞溅的防焊类传感器。 传感器感应面带防焊涂层， 可提供隔热屏障， 有效延长传感器的使用寿命、减少传感器的误感应。 外壳带PTFE涂层的传感器能够有效防护焊渣堆积， 有利于定期维护时焊渣清除。
