# 磁场位置测量传感器BMP现场布线有什么要求吗？

## 磁场、位置测量、BMP、布线

磁场位置测量传感器BMP一方面要满足日益变化的需求及产品规格对灵活性有所要求,另一方面又要满足对过程及产品质量的高要求，即可靠、 精准的测量结果，那么传感器的规范布线显得十分重要。

BMP出现分为带插头和直接出线两种，如下图：

具体要求如下：  
磁场： 确保BMP和夹持缸与外部强磁场保持足够间距。  
布线： BMP、控制系统和电源之间的电缆不得敷设在强电流导线 周围 (可能产生感应干扰)，并要确保电缆铺设和机器安装： 符合EMC规范。 电缆必须无张力安装。  
静态布线的弯曲半径： 固定布线的弯曲半径必须保持三倍以上的电缆直径。  
电缆长度： 电缆最长20 m。 在结构、屏蔽装置和布线排除外部干扰场的情况下，模拟输出端也可以使用更长的电缆。
