# 巴鲁夫IO-Link产品在机器人机械夹具装置有哪些应用？

## 巴鲁夫IO-LINK产品应用

机器人集成商在需要更换夹具的应用中通常会选择ATI的产品用于牢固连接夹具与机械手臂。ATI的耦合器将气动及电气信号通过耦合到达终端执行器，保障精确的自动化过程。当这些集成商要使用IO-Link的通讯控制集成在重载自动化机器人换夹具装置时，他们则会选择巴鲁夫产品（图1）。

**使用ATI/巴鲁夫解决方案的好处:**  
■双向IO-Link通讯  
■耦合器配有(4个) IO-Link或标准的I/O过程信号  
■通过IO-Link耦合器的控制进行夹具识别  
■没有耦合时，IO-Link网络不会报错  
■TSI(夹具锁)防止夹具在未安全放入刀库时产生的解耦情况  
■IO-Link控制可连接许多工业网络
