Measurement range (Operating pressure)
This is the nominal working area of a pressure sensor. -
Overload range (Pressure overload)
The error of measurement can exceed the specified limit, but there will be no permanent damage or change in the engineering properties.

Destruction (Burst pressure)
Beyond the burst pressure the device can be permanently damaged or mechanically destroyed.
