Detection of product packaging defects
Contrast sensors are high-resolution diffuse sensors that distinguish objects based on their gray values. Balluff rugged contrast sensors recognize even small differences in contrast. They have a high switching frequency up to 30 kHz and are therefore particularly fast. They enable high positioning precision and are appropriate for a variety of applications, for example, in the printing and packaging industry.
