FSO and accuracy related to pressure sensors
FSO is the difference between the upper limit and the lower limit of the measuring range.
For example measuring range of a pressure sensor is 0…10 V, therefore the FSO is 10 V.
The measured characteristic of the sensor is nonlinear and deviates from the ideal characteristic.
The maximum difference between the characteristics in relation to the FSO (percentage value) is used to specify the accuracy.
