# バルーフのIO-Link対応CCD測長センサとは?

## IO-Link対応CCD測長センサ

製造やパッケージング、品質管理などで様々な物体を識別しなければならない場合、マルチファンクションのCCD測長センサが最適です。このセンサは、物体の直径や位置、ギャップ幅、ギャップ位置、エッジ位置などの様々な測定モードが特徴です。さらに、リファレンスとの比較など、追加のモードも同時に使用できます。IO-Linkインタフェースにより、シンプルで迅速な設定を行うための中央でのデータ保存や管理が可能です。これにより生産プロセス中のフォーマット変更なども実現できます。IO-Linkならば、アナログ信号も確実かつ正確に伝送できます。

これらの機能により、CCD測長センサは正確な位置決めや物体のクラス分け、大きさや直径による簡単なパーツ判別に最適です。物体の高さやギャップの大きさ、穴のサイズなどで品質管理もできます。半透明な材質であっても、正確なエッジ検出も可能です。
