# バルーフのIO-Link対応の液面レベルセンサとは?

## IO-Link対応静電容量センサ BCS

バルーフのBCS 18AはIO-Link対応のインテリジェントな静電容量センサです。

私たちのコンパクトな静電容量センサ Q40はIO-Linkに対応しています。このセンサは非金属の壁面を通して、液面レベルを確実に検出します。導電率のある媒体は調整の必要がなく、検出できる壁面の厚みは最大6 mmです。

IO-Linkにより対応できるアプリケーションと設定が豊富になります。このセンサは産業で標準的な3芯のケーブルで簡単に設置できます。また、センサへ直接アクセスする必要がないため、装置内でセンサを動作環境へ直接設置できます。

IO-Linkのプロセス監視、設定、エラー解析はコントローラ内で実行できます。これにより、装置のプロセスの時間を最適化でき、操作の効率性が向上します。

- 最大6㎜の非金属の壁面を通して液面レベルを検出
- 酸や塩基などの高い導電性媒体に対応
- SmartLevel 50の技術により泡や壁面に付いた残留物を無視
- 動作モード: IO-Link、SIO
