バルーフのIO-Link対応角形インダクティブカプラ BIC: BNI0070、BNI0071

バルーフの角形インダクティブカプラは40 mm x 40 mmのユニコンパクト形状で双方向通信ができるIO-Link対応のカップリングシステムです。空間を介した電磁誘導により電力とデータを非接触で伝送できるため、メカ的な接触をなくすことができます。この非接触伝送をIO-Link通信規格で行うと、このデバイスは透過デバイスとなります。つまり、BICはシステムから認識されず、制御側とデバイス側を設定なく、プラグ・アンド・プレイで接続することができます。

 

バルーフのBICシステムは内部温度の監視機能を持ち、インダクティブカプラのオーバーヒートを防止します。温度監視機能がトリガし、システムが冷却されると、自動リスタートにより、直ちに電源が再投入されます。短絡や過負荷の場合、ベースユニットへからの電源供給が切断されます。干渉がなくなると、自動的時に再接続されます。

- アクチュエータへのトリガとセンサ信号の収集を同時に実行可能
- 外部電源のON/OFF可能
- プラグ・アンド・プレイのシンプルな接続
